PALERMO, ITALY – FEBRUARY 25: NATO’s annual Submarine Warfare Exercise ‘Dynamic Manta’ held from February 25th to March 8th, with the participation of Turkish Naval Forces and naval forces of Canada, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, United Kingdom and USA in Palermo, Italy on February 25, 2019.
